Workmanship Consultations Proprietary Limited is a Namibian-based Research Institute and Consultancy Firm, registered in terms of the Companies Act, 2004 (Act No. 28 of 2004); and Research Science and Technology Act, 2004 (Act No. 23 of 2004) authorising it to carry on Public Good Research; with Intellectual Property Rights in terms of the Namibian Copyright and Neighbouring Protection Act, 1994 (Act No. 6 of 1994), and Trade Mark Act 1973 (Act No. 48 of 1973).
